How To Train Your Dragon Live Action flying high in profits
Universal Studios and Dreamworks’ new live action remake ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ is on track to earn major profits in the Box Office as it’s earned around $200 Million across the whole of the globe which was much higher than expected than pre-weekend expectations. Yesterday the dragon thriller earned $29 Million in just previews alone and $55 Million across international theatres, this isn’t even including domestic success, which creates the $200 Million expectations past Sunday. If they can reach that level of success this would become the 4th most successful film in 2025 behind the global sensation of ‘A Minecraft movie’, the Disney live action movie ‘Lilo and Stitch’ and the Chinese masterpiece ‘Ne Zha 2’. Not only that but this will officially become the 7th most successful live action remake and If they have made $117 Million in the opening ticket sales across the 81 foreign theatres, it would become the 4th most successful international Box Office Opener behind ‘A Minecraft Movie’, ‘Lilo and Stitch’ and Mission: Impossible The Final Reckoning.
We reported previously that Lilo and Stitch has earned over $800 Million in the box office overall and is the most successful Live Action remake of the year.
