Jurassic Park Rebirth on track for a great domestic opening (Copy)

Universal Studios are releasing the newest entry into the Jurassic World Franchise called ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’ on July 2nd but opening 5 days are looking to have a really good domestic success. ‘Jurassic World: Rebirth’ starring Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali and Jonathan Bailey is set to earn $115M - $125M over the 4th July period according to the 5 day opening three-weekend tracking system, which was reported by Deadline.

In comparison to the previous entry into the franchise ‘Jurassic World: Dominion’ opened with $145M and ended with $376.8M domestically and $1 Billion worldwide. This opening week for Jurassic World: Rebirth could be massive if it does follow suit from the previous film financially, and there is still time to earn more on opening weekend, as press tours and junkets will still be on going for the next few weeks and especially just before the release on July 2nd.

Many people are excited for this new entry into the franchise as it’s director of beloved Rogue One and Godzilla who is at the head of this film, meaning we are going to see some epic sequences, and it will be one of the top summer blockbusters, especially as it releases just before Superman and Fantastic Four: First steps.
