Tom Hiddleston speaks about his return as Loki in ‘Avengers Doomsday’

The long anticipated release of Doomsday is a year and a half away, and we are all excited to see new faces getting busy amidst the action, as well as characters that we have known and loved for nearly 15 years. Tom Hiddleston as ‘Loki"‘ God of Stories and Mischief, is set to return in ‘Avengers Doomsday’ and he will be an integral part to the story. If Marvel fans have watched ‘Loki Season 2’ you would know that Loki now officially control the multiverse and all the power of the TVA, a story decision changed as Kang The Conquerer had been written out of Marvels plans due to Actor controversy. Loki will now be at risk of Robert Downey Jr’s new Marvel character ‘Doctor Doom’ as it’s clear that he will be looking for power over the whole of the multiverse.

Tom Hiddleston spoke with ‘MensHealthMagazine’ and spoke about his return as the character and whether he was ready to come back. He said “It's very exciting. I have loved playing Loki. Loki's been a companion for a long period of my adult life. Loki's a character of such depth and range and complexity, and it never feels like the same experience. It always feels new, and this one will be new in its own way. I'm grateful that I'm still on the team”.

Hiddleston speaks about Loki having depth and complexity, with Loki turning towards the good in his stand alone series, saving the new companions that he loves for the greater good.
